At Fratelli’s, all of our dishes are prepared from scratch using the freshest, finest ingredients. Our dishes must respect the various flavors within the different regions of Italy. In addition to our eclectic menu, we offer a daily variety of specials that are derived from our Executive Chef, Reggie Kandic's years of training. We start by sourcing our ingredients from local purveyors whenever possible. We believe it's important to support our local economy since we live here too. When you enter our restaurant, we want you to feel that we're inviting you into our home; because we are. We are a family owned and operated business and yes, we cook for ourselves the same way we cook for you. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and if there is something that you would like that you don't see on our menu, please ask. We can probably make it for you!
